Eura
  • Central Area:
    Neitsytmäki 2: A new industrial area suitable for various purposes, located at the intersection of Turuntie and the bypass road. It extends the popular Neitsytmäki area. Watch the video. Adjacent to Neitsytmäki 2, the new Tapola industrial area will offer the largest zoned industrial plot of up to 10 hectares. Other smaller and larger individual industrial plots are also available in the central area, which can be quickly tailored to the needs of businesses. In the traditional Fanke industrial area, there are ready-zoned plots within the existing industry, and around Fankkeen, there are several tens of hectares of industrial reserve areas in the partial master plan ready for large-scale industry needs.
  • Panelia:
    Mykorantie: Close to Harjavallantie, there are 43 partial master-planned industrial areas near the existing food industry. Plots can be tailored to the needs of the relocating company.

Eurajoki
  • Eurajoki Business Valley: Business and industrial plots for diverse needs.
  • Eurajoki Business Park: Three large plots immediately adjacent to Highway 8 for industrial or commercial needs.
  • Green Industry Park: Business park area for green industry and business needs.
  • Eurajoki Shopping Park: Two plots still available in an excellent location near Highway 8, with infrastructure ready. Building rights of 9,000 square meters available.

Harjavalta
  • The city of Harjavalta offers several plots for industrial, commercial, and storage construction. Explore the plot offerings here. The size and location of the plots are negotiated in cooperation with the builder, considering the quality and scale of the operations.
  • Harjavalta has prepared a partial master plan for business areas, which will be presented to the council for approval in autumn 2024. New business plots can be quickly zoned in the new business areas if a suitable plot is not found in the current offerings. Download the business areas' partial master plan proposal here.

Kokemäki
  • Kokemäki offers a wide range of plots suitable for business operations, next to a ready fiber optic network, process steam/district heating lines, high-quality network water, and street connections. Business plots are available, for example, next to Highway 2 or in the Suokkaa industrial area. Ulvila
  • Kettumetsä Business Park is located immediately next to Highway 2, the airport, and the railway, near the service center of Ulvila. The distance to Pori is less than 10 km and only 30 km to Pori's port. Kettumetsä offers good transport connections, green nature, and the opportunity to conduct future business as part of Ulvila's network of over 30 automation companies. A total of 24.3 hectares of plots are available.
